I’m bored and can’t sleep again so here’s another selection of random questions I’ve taken from Google.
Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence? Looks for intelligence.
How often do you buy clothes? Very rarely if I’m honest. I’m at that awkward in between size of jeans at the moment which doesn’t help.
Have you ever had a secret admirer? I have no idea…not that I’m aware of.
What’s your favorite holiday? Probably Christmas to be honest.
What was the last thing you recorded on TV? A new series on itv called Little Boy Blue
What was the last book you read? Currently reading The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher.
Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life? Emma Watson.
How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? Depends on what it’s for, but at most probably about 30-40mins
What kitchen appliance do you use every day? Microwave and Kettle
What’s your favorite fast food chain? Dominos and MacDonalds.
Do you love or hate rollercoasters? HATE. I went to Thorpe Park when I was about 12, first rollercoaster I’d ever been on was the new ten looped rollercoaster, my harness thing wasn’t tight enough and kept wobbling resulting in my smacking my nose on it and coming off with a nosebleed and cut under my nose.
What is your favorite childhood memory? The family get togethers we’d have, playing uno, visiting my aunty pat…there’s a few
What’s your favorite movie? Labyrinth
Is your glass half full or half empty? That depends on if you’re filling the glass up or drinking from it. I’m a realist sorry haha
What was your favorite subject in school? English. I actually took my English literature gcse exam a year early because I was good at it.
What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever eaten? One of those caramel barrel chocolates from a tin of sweets wrapped in salami. It’s actually really nice.
Do you collect anything? Colouring books, note books, David Bowie stuff, cuddly toys…I have loads lol
How would your friends describe you? I have no idea if I’m honest. If any of my friends are reading this let me know
What are your hobbies? Writing, drawing, singing.
What is the best gift you have been given? I appreciate every gift I’m given I don’t know what the best is.
What is the worst gift you have received? I’ve never received a bad gift, like I said I appreciate everything I’m given even if it’s a pack of new socks.
Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without? My daughter isn’t really a ‘thing’, so I’d say chocolate and a warm blanket.
List two pet peeves: noisy sloppy eaters, and lateness.
Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years I’ll be 28, and I honestly have no idea haha!
How many pairs of shoes do you own? Not very many for a girl, maybe about ten?
What would you do if you won the lottery? Pay off debts myself and close family members may have, give money to my mum and nan for them helping me out over the years, buy my house so that I knew I would always have a stable home, pay for any more driving lessons I need and a car, then I’d obviously treat myself, my daughter, mum, nan and stepdad and save the rest to live on. All very sensible things haha!
What form of public transportation do you prefer? (air, boat, train, bus, car, etc.) Car but only if I can sit in the front because I get travel sickness.
What’s your favorite zoo animal? Monkeys and Giraffes.
If you could go back in time to change one thing, what would it be? I’d stop my Nan going on a walking holiday to Argentina with her now ex husband, as I whole heartedly believe it’s that which caused her rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis.
If you could share a meal with any 4 famous individuals, living or dead, who would they be? David Bowie, Robin Williams, Johnny Depp and Paul O’Grady.
How many pillows do you sleep with? Just the one and I usually end up not using it
What’s the longest you’ve gone without sleep (and why)? I think it was just over 48 hours, I was obsessing over numerology and linking certain numbers to certain life events etc.
What’s the tallest building you’ve been to the top in? Probably Porchester Castle
Have you ever had a nickname, What is it? I’ve had a few nicknames. Older kids in senior school would call me Samara from the ring because I was very pale with long dark hair. But I’ve also been called Amathyst (spelt that way not like the precious stone), Mad Sparrow, Rafiki, Crazy Bitch (from a buckcherry song), Knuckleduster, Budget Jones, Bubba, Poppet, and Sweetpea.
Do you like or dislike surprises, Why or why not? I don’t like them as I hate being centre of attention, I like to know what’s going on
In the evening, would you rather play a game, visit a relative, watch a movie, or read? Can I play games and watch movies with family?
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? I like where I live now ta
What really makes you angry? Bullies/Bullying. Really makes my blood boil.
What motivates you to work hard? Ibe never been someone who needs motivation to work hard, if I need to work hard then I will basically. Anything I do I put 100% in.
What is your biggest complaint about your job? I don’t have a job at the moment as a stay at home mum, but my last job as a carer- we didn’t have enough time with each person, the company didn’t give a shit about the employees, it was so unsafe for us to be out at night on our own going to each house via foot or pushbike, and the hours were stupid some days I’d only have one house to go to for half an hour which meant I only earned about £5.
What is your proudest accomplishment? Becoming a mum.
What makes you laugh the most? My daughters laugh, it’s so contagious.
What was the last movie you went to, What did you think? The Conjuring. This was before I knew I was pregnant and still loved horrors…and it scared me shitless!
What did you want to be when you were small? I went through a phase of wanting to be a vet for ages.
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play? I used to watch ice hockey a lot which I loved and quite miss seeing. I never really played a lot of sports, I did enjoy netball at school though, and I used to play indoor bowls.
Would you rather ride a bike, ride a horse, or drive a car? Drive a car
What would you sing at Karaoke night? I used to sing To The Moon And Back by Savage Garden, Bed Of Roses by Bon Jovi, Foundations by Kate Nash, Someone Like You by Adele, Drunk by Ed Sheeran, and a few others I’d do as duets. I miss karaoke.
What two radio stations do you listen to in the car the most? I only really listen to one and that’s Heart.
Which would you rather do: wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom, or vacuum the house? Hoover the house.
If you could hire someone to help you, would it be with cleaning, cooking, or yard work? Cleaning or cooking I can’t decide.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Roast chicken Christmas dinner.
What’s the most interesting thing you can see out of your bedroom window?cows inbred field next door, and the church clock tower
On a scale of 1-10 how funny would you say you are? I don’t know, I can be pretty funny to laugh at sometimes with some of the stuff I come out with…maybe a 6 or 7?
What was your first job? Sales assistant in Madhouse. I loved it.
If you could join any past or current music group which would you want to join? Steps!!
How many languages do you speak?English, bad English, bits of German and French, and basic sign language.
Who is the most intelligent person you know? I have no idea if I’m honest! Everyone has knowledge in different things it depends what they ‘specialise’ in
If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would it be? Probably a cat. I like to have my own space to curl up in, but do sometimes want company and cuddles.
What is one thing you will never do again? I’d like to think I wouldn’t get into a bad toxic relationship again
Who knows you the best? I don’t know if I’m honest, different people know about different things so it’s hard to tell really.
Is there anything you wished would come back into fashion? Nope, one never been one to follow fashion trends
Have you ever had a surprise party? (that was an actual surprise) nope and I wish to keep it that way
Are you related or distantly related to anyone famous? My great uncle (married into the family so not blood relative) was a jazz musician called Barry Dew who played banjo and done some vocals in Monty Sunshines Jazz Band (can youtube it there’s a couple of videos) he also owned the first banjo repair/restore shop in London.
What do you do to keep fit? Haha! I’m terrible at keeping fit, I’m really unfit at the moment!
Does your family have a “motto” – spoken or unspoken? Whatever will be will be (kay sara sara or however it’s spelt!)
Who was your favorite teacher in school? Infant school was Mrs Piewell, Juniors was Miss Sangway and Mrs Bennet, senior school was Mr Du-Hueame, Mr Penney, Mr Emery, Mrs Lee and Miss Willis.
What three things do you think of the most each day? How messy my daughter is making my living room, what to have to eat, what on earth is my daughter doing lol
If you had a warning label, what would yours say? Do not cross Amy or her loved ones. Though cuddly, she can be feisty when needed.
What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee? I don’t drink coffee, but I’d love to meet Paul O’Grady or the Fletcher’s.
Who was your first crush? David Bowie.
